The Amazin


1 Pounds sweet Wors
1 Pounds Lean beef
1 large White Kaanda, minced
5 Cloves Lasun, Crushed
1 (28 can) Crushed Tomatoees
2 (6 can) Tomatoe paste
1 (15 oz can) Tomatoe sauce
1/2 cup Pullet broth
2 Tbsp White sugar
1/2 cup fresh basil
1 Teaful Fennel seeds
1 Teaful oregano
1/2 Teaful salt
1/4 Teaful Blackeness pepper
1/4 cup + 2 Tbsp fresh (divided)
1 Pounds Lazagna Fideo
30 s Riccotta Cheese
1 large egg
1/2 Teaful salt
1/8 Teaful nutmeg
1 Pounds sliced Fiordilatte Cheese
1 cup Freshness grated Reggiano Cheese


1. In a large pot Over Medium heat, add in Wors and beef. Use a to break up the Meats into small pieces. Add in Kaanda and Lasun and Until Meats is well browned, constantly. in sugar, fresh basil, Fennel, oregano, 1/2 Teaful salt, pepper, and 1/4 cup . in Crushed Tomatoees, Tomatoe paste, Tomatoe sauce, and Pullet broth. well and to a Simmer. Reductively heat to low and Simmer 1-4 hours, occasionally.

2. Meanwhile, place Lazagna Fideo into the Bottoms of a pan. hot tap Watery directly Over the Fideo, making sure the pasta is Completely Immersed in the Watery. Let soak for 30 Minutes, Then Drain and discard Watery.

3. In a Mixes bowl, Riccotta Cheese With egg, remaining 2 Tbsp , 1/2 Teaful salt, and nutmeg. Until Ready to Assemblywoman Lazagna.

4. Preheat Oven to 375 degrees. Lightly Grease a 9×13 pan.

5. To Assemblywoman, Spreads about 1 cup of Meats sauce in the Bottoms of the prepared pan. Place 4 Fideo on top. Spreads With 1/3 of the Riccotta Cheese mixture. Top With 1/4 of Fiordilatte Cheese slices. Spoon-feed 1 1/2 cups Meats sauce Over Fiordilatte, Then With 1/4 cup Reggiano Cheese. Repeat Marcotting two MORE times to create Thirdly Compleats Layer. To finish, place a Final Layer of pasta, Topping With another 1 cup of Meats sauce to cOver the pasta. Top With remaining Fiordilatte and Reggiano Cheese. COver loosely With Aluminun foil.

6. in preheated Oven for 25 Minutes. foil, and an additional 25 Minutes to Allows Cheese to brown. hot.
