We all know about the importance of walking. But did you know that this activity, that costs you nothing, and keeps you fit, is also an anti-depressant?
Walking is known to help overcome depression which is a common symptom noticed in winter months.
The cool weather is great to have a brisk walk in, will help keep joints flexible, prevent pain and stiffness in them and prevent weight gain too!
