Please remember that we cannot spot reduce fat, meaning we can’t choose the areas on our body where we loose fat. However to get fat loss results I recommend the following
1. Being in calorie deficit
2. Cardio/ HIIT workout (I often call these Fat Loss/Burn workouts on my channel)
3. Specific muscle targeted workouts. To strengthen and develop specific muscles.

  1. day one: honestly I couldn’t stretch my legs far enough so hopefully day two is better, tbh I don’t have a lot of sore spots but my legs are tight
    day two: THIS WAS AWFUL ASSSSSSSSS omg I cannot feel my legs and my neck hurts so much
    Day three: idk wtf is happening my neck hurts so bad but I strived through

    2. when i did these exercises my neck hurt so much too, then realized i was doing it wrong. try lifting yourself up with your abs instead of your neck. it helped sm

  2. Let me start off by saying, this workout works. But you have to engage your core or else you won’t get such amazing results. For the first two days of this challenge, I was not engaging my core and I think I would have gotten even better results if I had. For the following information keep in mind that I did this workout twice every day and I was not on a diet, I ate whatever I really wanted. As for my results, I see that my abs are more defined and I may have even lost some thigh fat, along with some chin fat. I think I lost fat all over my body because you can’t really target a specific spot while working out, that’s just something to remember. So yes, I really do recommend this workout, and I plan on continuing it for at least another week. With all that being said, you do not need to workout/be slimmer to be pretty and worthy. You are amazing the way you are and working out does not change your value or your beauty.

    1. @zoe xx i don’t know if that explains it but i have learned to make a fast s-sound which (from what people around me have said) is an easy way to engage your core. hope it helps!

    2. @zoe xx I don’t really know how best to answer this question other than saying while working out focus on your abs/stomach. while working out squeeze your abs in and just simply pay special attention. Because you could be doing the motions but having your legs do the work, but that won’t do anything for your abs. For example, when doing the first two exercises, lift with your stomach, not your neck, or without putting power into it.

  3. I’m starting this now for hot girl summer;) my current measurements are; waist 105cm, hips 110cm. I’ll update everyday but will do a measurement every week😁
    Day 1: AWFUL, it hurt a lot
    Day 2: still burned a lot, but I’m already feeling better within myself🥳
    Day 3: found the second exercise challenging for some reason, but still doing ok
    Day 4: was able to do all the exercises wooooo

  4. Who else wears baggy clothes and doesn’t like to show any skin but is trying to workout to suprise everyone with there new body during the summer? Just me?

  6. I’m only doing this cus I gained like 10 kg in quarantine and now I’m going back to school 😭😭😭🥲
    But also I’m gonna check off the days I do this so..
    Day 1 – ✅
    Day 2 – ✅

  7. ngl going through it i was like “this sucks, im dying” but when it was done it really didnt feel that long

    1. why did this workout seem more fun and shorter compared to chloe tings even though they were both 10 minutes and this one had no breaks

    2. @Breezy Barbie its very short and there is only a couple exercises, in her video shes really sweet and just push through, tak breaks if you need to
