  1. This guy is next level smart. In 30 minutes he explains what most people dont even learn through 4 years in college.

    1. Yanis varoufakis is a multimillionaire capitalist yet he preaches democracy.
      Hypocrisy at it’s finest.
He charges a fortune to denounce capitalism 😁

    1. And to think that some people defend the EU as a progressive entity.

If only the left embraced brexit, it would have not been monopolized by the far right.

    2. @MrWalker1000 You don’t have a damn clue what left wing means. You think fluffy “feel good” stuff on MSNBC and CNN is “left wing”. This goes to show how politically illiterate people today has become. That is the greatest tragedy of all, that people have gotten measurably more dumber/politically illiterate. MSM is center-right.

  2. “In my country we have a nazi party in parliament” – Fortunately, not any more: as of October 2020, Golden Dawn is thankfully criminalized

    1. @Tom Bergere You are an incredible expert at ‘eisegesis’, well done.

You do competently prove to be utterly incompetent at exegesis.

“My dear brethren, never forget, when you hear the progress of wisdom vaunted, that the cleverest ruse of the devil is to persuade you that he does not exist.” -Beaudelaire

    2. @Robert Fleming Golden Dawn party members and voters are responsible for numerous deaths and beatings. They terrorized immigrants and locals alike . Criminalizing the party was a win for our justice system , our democracy (or the semblance of it we have) and humanity. In no way could us showing that we do not tolerate right wing extremism and neo nazi militancy, make Greece anything close to what the middle east is . Also, need I remind you that the oh so great US with its mighty democracy is responsible for the situation in the Middle East.

  3. Sir Varoufakis explaining & decoding the current financial model of the world in simple language. Brilliant.

    Salam and Respect from Pakistan.

    1. @Iannis Markatos Well that’s one clueless comment. Varoufakis claimed the word “Nomisma” originally meant “imagine” in Ancient Greek to back his claim that the value of money is imaginary. To the best of my knowledge there is not a single source corroborating his claim on the etymology of the word. You’re welcome to prove me wrong…

    2. @Ministry of Truth
Chill! I thought u were talking about the connection between νόμισμα and numismatics.

As far as i know, νόμισμα comes from νέμω= divide and give.

As for imagine, well “νομίζω” (nomizo) means to hypothesize in modern Greek.

Can’t say i know the story he is talking about.

I’ ll have to ask a friend with deeper knowledge.

      You ‘re flammable aren’t you?

  4. The problem I have is this great reset takes away our voice and our equity. It seems to me that this is nothing more than an attempt to maintain hegemony by the 0.1 %

    1. the problem you have is using ambiguous words that are rarely used correctly, causing ppl to assume you are talking nonsense..
are you using the term “Equity” correctly (the value of the hard work you have completed or contributed towards an asset) or are you using it incorrectly (equal outcomes) ?

    1. @Marcus Cato OK so you are still divided! Perhaps look into manufacturing consent?

You call them ‘the elites’ but that term is so vague it is useless. Why don’t you call them by their actual names? Mark Zuckerberg, Jeff Bezos, Bill Gates, Rupert Murdoch, George Soros, Jamie Diamond, the Koch Brothers and Elon Musk ect. These and others are the most powerful people on earth and control most of the media and government.

What makes them powerful is ownership over land and production, aka the raw materials, the factories everything is produced in, the shops that sell the products and the media that gets people to buy them.

The government is a powerless institution full of idiots bought by the people that own everything. But noooo to you the main problem is ‘multiculturalism’ aka… other workers. You believe exactly what the elites want you to believe.

Our enemies cross borders, the billionaires own everything in almost every country, we will never win unless we fight them in every single country. The working class of one nation alone is powerless to defeat the international enemy, the working class united globally is the only thing remotely capable of defeating the international enemy.

    2. @Clarence Spangle you’re not subtle, we all know you’re talking about the Jews when you should be talking about the capitalists

Well, you say you’re woke but the companies you work for in China — unbelievable. Apple, Amazon, Disney. If ISIS started a streaming service you’d call your agent, wouldn’t you?”—Ricky Gervais

    1. brainwashed by the same 6ion1st media who makes the bankers as heroes and describe people who protest against Tyrannical dictators as cancer and terrorists
